The Nurturing Balance Method was created by Mollie Bass, LMFT, PMH-C, and Rachael Jones, LMFT, PMH-C. It is a clinical approach and workbook designed to empower couples, specifically during the perinatal period, by addressing the inequities of household labor and mental load.
This tool can be adapted for mental health clinicians, perinatal healthcare providers, and couples and/or parents.
