Who we’re looking for

At Hearten Therapy, we’re looking for a full-time, licensed couples therapist who’s passionate about helping individuals and couples thrive at every stage of life. If you’re driven by relational and systemic work—and excited to explore new ways to support personal and relational growth—we’d love to hear from you. While we have a special interest in marriage and family therapists, we warmly welcome candidates from all backgrounds with solid experience in couples therapy.

Our story

We’re Mollie and Emily—two clinicians who started Hearten Therapy to build an ethical, inclusive, and forward-thinking practice where therapists can truly thrive. Right now, we’re in an exciting entrepreneurial growth phase, exploring new ideas, expanding our reach, and creating opportunities for our team to help shape our next chapter. Having experienced firsthand how isolating and overwhelming this field can be, we wanted to build a community that honors the whole human behind the clinician. For us, that means offering mentorship, hands-on support, and chances for growth and collaboration.

We believe that when therapists feel nurtured and valued—personally and professionally—they do their best work. By investing in each team member’s well-being, we aim to spark fresh ideas, boost confidence, and cultivate a warm, supportive community where you’re surrounded by colleagues who genuinely care. If you’re looking for a place that sees you as more than just a clinician, we’d love to welcome you into our family at Hearten Therapy. Let’s build a practice you’re proud to call home.

Why choose us?

You align with our values

Systemic Perspective: We recognize that each client is shaped by relationships, culture, and the broader systems in their life. This holistic approach underpins our work.

Personal Growth + Connection: Every life stage is an opportunity for deeper understanding and more meaningful relationships.

Authenticity + Self-Expression: We believe true transformation begins when people can show up fully as themselves—clients and team members alike.

Supportive Community: We’re committed to creating a workplace where every colleague is empowered, celebrated for their strengths, and encouraged to grow.

You want what we offer

W-2 Role + Fair Compensation: We believe in directly rewarding your expertise. You’ll enjoy a stable salary that reflects the value of your clinical work.

Collaborative Environment: Join a supportive team where your voice matters. We learn from each other, share resources, and celebrate each other’s wins.

Ongoing Professional Growth: We foster continuous learning and encourage you to expand your skills, explore new therapeutic approaches, and develop as a clinician.

Culture of Authenticity: We want every team member to show up as their true self—no pretenses, no judgment.
