We provide expert consultation on effective couples therapy techniques designed to address relationship issues and support the dynamics between partners. Perinatal mental health
We offer consultation on defining, assessing, and treating perinatal anxiety and depression and how to best support individuals and couples through the transitions of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

Discernment counseling
Our consultations offer guidance on discernment counseling, which helps couples who are unsure about their relationship's future make informed decisions. We provide psychoeducation about the discernment counseling framework and process, techniques for guiding couples in decision-making, and support clinicians in identifying when to refer clients to discernment counseling.
